A Gas Safety Certificate or CP12, is a legal requirement for all landlords in Edinburgh and Lothian. It confirms that the gas appliances in the rental property have been checked by a qualified gas engineer. Our engineer is a Gas Safe Registered Engineer therefore your testing will be carried out to the highest standard. The Landlord is required to carry out a Gas Safety Certificate each year.
