Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR).  Involves conducting test readings and inspecting the condition of an electrical installation to determine if it is in a satisfactory condition. Our qualified electrician will conduct thorough inspections of the property to identify any faults, shock or fire risks, check earth and bonding then provide you with a detailed report and certification once completed. An EICR is a compulsory test for rental properties which must be performed a minimum of every 5 years. The test does not include any potential remedial work that may be required to achieve a satisfactory cert.
